GQA’s here at Gold Quality Assistance are 1099- independent contractors. We also promote collaboration with our Clients and are in close communication: sharing the best tools, tips, and positions available if a GQA is interested in moving up. If you have found an industry that you are interested in and would like to grow, we will work with you to make sure you get the training and position you are looking for. You do not have to stay an assistant. Being an assistant is to gain the skill sets you need in the industry that calls to you so you know exactly how you need to succeed.
